About the Opportunity

This is an on-site job opportunity based in Jangpura, New Delhi. Selected individuals will be responsible to work on General Corporate Law, Contract Lifecycle Management, Transaction Advisory, Mergers and Acquisitions, Insolvency Law, Commercial Litigation, Tax & Arbitration

Eligibility Criteria

• Around 0-2 years of legal experience
• Must possess good research and writing skills, and legal aptitude
• Ability to handle multiple matters concurrently.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Able to identify and escalate issues timely and appropriate.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
