About Aishwarye Dubey

As a Maritime Strategist, Aishwarye specialises in the Law of Naval Warfare, the United Nations Convention on Law of the Sea (UNCLOS), the San Remo Manual, International Humanitarian Law (IHL), SUA Convention, Maritime Terrorism, Underwater Cables and Privately Armed Security Personnel (on-board ships), Floating Armouries and has a deep understanding of the maritime security interests of India.

As a Maritime Law Professional, Aishwarye is empanelled as a Member of the Board of Advisors of reputed Law Publications and Legal Startups to share his expertise in the domain of maritime law.

As a Guest Faculty, Aishwarye is involved with reputed Universities/Institutions to share his knowledge of Maritime Laws and thereby, enlighten the students about the ocean of opportunities that exist in the Maritime sector.

About the Opportunity

Candidates who are willing to learn about international trade and commercial transactions are encouraged to apply. This is a long term paid internship opportunity that is to be held in an online mode for a period of 5 months.

Internship Duration

The term of internship shall run from 1 August 2023 to 30 December 2023 (5 Months).

Eligibility

  • Candidates pursuing Law (3 years or 5 years) and MBA (International Trade) will be given preference.
  • Candidates who are willing to learn about international trade and commercial transactions are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates residing in Mumbai, New Delhi and Lucknow will be given preference as the Intern might be called to the office situated in the above-mentioned cities.
  • Nothwithstanding, location of current residence is not a bar for the right candidate.
