About the Job
Coordination with local agencies on the ground in Alibaug for purchase of land. This will include Liaison work with local lawyers.
Preparation of conveyance documents, sale Agreements, MOUs and other related documentation. Coordination with local agencies on the ground in Alibaug for acquiring relevant permissions up to the Collectors office.
This will include Liaison work with local agencies.
Eligibility
The applicant to the position must have at least 3-5 years of work experience.
If the experience is with a firm or company that dealt with property law, or any of the specific types of work enumerated above (for their requirements) that would be preferred.
Speaking Marathi would be helpful but not a mandatory condition for the role.

Salary
The salary for the same will be approximately 40,000/- plus travel allowance. The salary will depend on the candidate and his/her experience and abilities.
