
ABOUT ADVOCATE
Mr. Talha Abdul Rahman
is a Supreme Court of India Advocate on Record. The Vice Chancellor’s Special
Medal for Proven Leadership Abilities and three others in Corporate Law, Labor
Law, and Environmental Law were given to him after he graduated from the NALSAR
University of Law in 2008. He received the Shell Chevening Centenary
Scholarship so he may study at Oxford University for a Bachelor of Civil Law in
2008–2009. He just received a fellowship from the University of Melbourne to
study statelessness with a focus on Assam.
Numerous works written
by Mr. Rahman have appeared in prestigious magazines including Journal of the
Indian Law Institute and Supreme Court Cases. The e-learning portal of Eastern
Book Company includes a course on Essential Skills for the Legal Profession
that was recorded by Mr. Rahman. Additionally, he contributed a chapter to a
book on the law of bail and poverty that was edited by Mr. Salman Khurshid and
Mr. Sidharth Luthra and was published by Lexis Nexis.

junior and plan to mentor that person for two years.
