The Gender Lab Fellowship [Women] 2021-22, Mumbai [10 Months]: Apply by Mar 31

The Gender Lab Fellowship

The Gender Lab is BRM’s (Blue Ribbon Movement’s) vertical that focuses on addressing gender issues through innovative interventions.
It is evolving with time and currently has the following initiatives within:

1) Avanti Young Women Leadership Program
2) The Gender Lab Fellowship
3) The Gender Lab Boys Program

The Gender Lab Fellowship is a space for building women’s leadership skills, self-awareness, and sisterhood through a multi-layered ‘service learning’ model.

In a 10 month journey, TGL fellows work with 13-14-year-old school-going girls across schools in Mumbai on the prevailing social issues in their communities. Through this journey, they enable their girls to be more confident, socially aware, better communicators, and foster sisterhood.

Together they question the gender narratives around them, push boundaries, and emerge as powerful change-makers.
