About Legal Internship

Wahed is offering an internship of three months at Mumbai Office.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Writing, reviewing, and executing agreements and contracts on behalf of the company
• Securing compliance of business operations with relevant laws and regulations

• Working alongside other departments within the company including HR, marketing, & technology
• Reviewing advertising and marketing materials to ensure that they are in compliance with legal requirements
• Researching and anticipating unique legal issues that could impact the company
• Highlighting legal, operational, business & compliance risks to the company
• Ensuring understanding and interpretation of contractual agreements with respect to the completion of required duties

Eligibility

- LLB or LLM student, preferably in their final year

- Hard-working, pro-active, and a keen eye for detail

- Available for a period of at least 3 months

- Residing in Mumbai, India

- Bonus: past internship experience in drafting
